🌆 **Downtown Core:** Active Freehold listings steady, sold firms on the rise. Condo side sees new listings surge, signaling increased movement in the core.

🏡 **Don Mills & Surrounding Areas:** Freehold side is steady, with newer listings gaining traction. Condo side experiences a slight uptick in new listings.

🌇 **Leaside:** Prices remain flat, active listings consistent. Sales doubling from 6 to 12, indicating a lively market.

🌳 **Durham Area:** Overall, a flat landscape with a slight increase in active listings.
