Now, let’s dish on the market scoop! 🚀 Multiple offer situations are becoming the norm, especially on the Freehold side. 🏠 These basement-worthy gems are flying off the market, like a recent listing that saw 13-14 offers, going $150,000 over asking! 😲💰 Rental income is the name of the game, folks.

In the Downtown surrounding area, the condo side is showing more new listings, over 200 in the past two weeks. 🏙️ Freehold side? Slightly up, sales holding steady, and average days on market dropping to under two weeks! 📈

Leaside side has its unique charm—new listings are up, sales are active, and the Freehold side is moving quick with 7 out of 8 sales happening in under 10 days. Fast and furious! 🏡💨

As we hop over to Dawn Mills, condos are steady, and the Freehold side is picking up, with days on the market leveling out. 🏡🔄 Durham is keeping it cool, with a flat scene on active listings and sales, but we’re on the lookout for the summer market surge! 🌞
